Ask a question or request a consultation with Dr Battista, and what to do in a dental emergency.

I am

Please do not send X-rays or medical documents here: I will ask for them securely if needed.

For urgent problems out of hours, call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.

You can contact me through the form on this page to ask a question, request a consultation or tell me about a problem you would like me to assess. My team reads every message, so a clear message helps us reply properly.

What should you write when you contact me?

A short message is enough. However, a few details make it much easier to help you:

  • your name and the easiest way to reach you;
  • the clinic you prefer, Worcester Park or Kentish Town;
  • a short description of your problem or the treatment you are interested in;
  • whether your dentist has referred you, and whether you have recent X-rays or a CBCT scan.

Please keep medical details brief, because I will take your full history at the consultation. There is also no need to attach X-rays to the form. Instead, mention them in your message and my team will explain how to share them.

Every first visit starts with a conversation about what you need.

What happens after you contact my team?

First, my team reads your message and replies on working days. If you want a consultation, they suggest an appointment at the clinic you chose. They may also ask a few simple questions, for example about your medicines. At the consultation, I examine you, explain the options and answer your questions. After that, you receive a written plan, and nothing goes ahead until you agree.

You can also write to info@drericbattista.com. Alternatively, you can book directly through the online links on the EB Dental clinics page.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

This form is not for emergencies, because messages are not read around the clock. If you have severe swelling, bleeding that will not stop or pain you cannot control, call NHS 111 or use the NHS 111 online service. However, if swelling affects your breathing or swallowing, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E straight away.

How can a dentist contact me about a referral?

Dentists do not need this form to send a patient. Instead, the quickest route is RefClin, which lets you attach radiographs and scans and follow the case. Then I send you a report once I have seen the patient. The refer a patient page explains what to include. You can also read more about my training before you refer.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will I get a reply?

Dr Battista's team reads every message and replies as soon as possible on working days. Response times can vary with clinic schedules, so the contact form is not suitable for urgent problems. If you need help straight away, call NHS 111, or 999 if swelling affects your breathing or swallowing.

Can I book a consultation without a referral?

Yes. Many patients are referred by their dentist, but you can also book a consultation directly through the online booking portals for EB Dental Worcester Park and Kentish Town. If you are unsure which clinic or appointment you need, send a message through this page and the team will guide you.

Should I send my X-rays with the form?

There is no need to attach X-rays to the contact form. If you have recent radiographs or a CBCT scan, bring copies to your consultation or mention them in your message so the team can explain how to share them. If your dentist refers you, the images will usually arrive with the referral.
